PAYMENT & SHIPPING INFORMATION

Unless specified otherwise, prices do not include shipping charges.   For USA payment I accept checks, money orders, or cashiers checks. I also accept Western Union wire transfers.  No credit cards. In some situations I may accept Paypal, but for USA only. Surchage of 3.5% will apply for Paypal purchases,which is what they charge me. Please do not send payment without obtaining shipping charges and verifying I still have the toy. Layaways accepted on some items, please ask for terms. Please timely verify deals or you may risk losing the itm to a competing buyer- if you are not specific and definite you want the toy it may get sold to someone else.  Also please note I can't hold these toys forever- it's not fair to others.  Unless we have a prior specific arrangement or agreement, payment or downpayment is expected within 7 days of sale or the principal buyer risks losing the item to a competing buyer.  

USA shipping within 48 hours upon receipt of money order or cashiers check. Checks held about 10 days to clear. Currently I only ship domestic via U.S. Postal or FedEx Ground.  FedEx shipments must have a street address for delivery. Postal insurance is recommended, and FedEx shipments are covered to a maximum of $100 liability.  I am not be responsible for loss or damage to items after they are shipped, and buyer is responsible for filing any damage claim with the shipper.  I have never had an item lost in shipment.

***Foreign Payment and Shipping*** I will ship to Canada, Europe, Austrailia, and New Zealand.  All items will be shipped by non-insured Airmail and marked "Merchandise, Used Toy."   Under no circumstances will item be marked as a "Gift."  Payment must be timely and in the form of an International Money Order drawn on a US bank in US Dollars only.  International money orders will be held up to two weeks before shipment is made. I will also accept Canadian Postal Money Orders in US Dollars and Western Union wire transfers in USD.  Payments by cash at your risk. NO PAYPAL.

SATISFACTION 

All my toys are authentic, and unless otherwise stated are to the best of my knowledge 100% original.  I do not sell reproductions or bogus toys. Satisfaction guaranteed if not as described, but condition grades and condition terminology are subjective opinion so please ask questions when in doubt. If not satisfied, buyer must contact me within 3 days of accepting delivery.  Do not ship the item back without permission or you may risk forfeiting your refund. All shipping charges are non-refundable. Buyer pays any/all return shipping charges.
